What's happening as of November15th
Hey, this is Alisha. I happened to be there yesterday when the good Dr. Asch came in and told us what was going on. She said that mom had to accomplish three things before she could come home.
- 1st- Her counts had to drop and then start the climb back up (because she didn't want the counts to drop while she is at my house, to high a risk for an infection)
- 2nd- She had to be eating more so they didn’t have to give her I.V. nutrition
- 3rd- She had to get rid of the infection she currently has.
If all goes well it might put her at my house on Tuesday the 20th. She looked really good, if you go to our cousin Adam's blog you can see a picture. She has lost about 40 lbs. to date. She is really tired so for those who have tirelessly called with no answer I apologize. I appreciate all of you that have done so much. We as a family couldn't do without you.
